The result became a virtual, dynamic "people stock exchange" – aptly named PeopleTicker – which quickly became the #1-selling rate benchmarking tool.

Meet the Talent
As an SVP of nextSource for the past 15 years, Ed manages a team that is responsible for supplier sourcing, development and management for nextSource’s MSP/VMS programs. His team is also responsible for all procurement and contract management functions. Ed has more than 45 years of business and procurement experience through his tenure at nextSource and his positions at Bell Labs, AT&T and Lucent Technologies prior to joining nextSource. Through much of his career, he has had a strong focus on the procurement of all categories of contingent workers and consulting services. His organization was responsible for the award and implementation, as early as 1996, of an On-site Vendor Management Solution for Lucent Technologies, covering almost 10,000 contingent workers worldwide. Ed received a B.S. degree in Business from King's College (Wilkes-Barre, PA) and an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
James R. McCombs is an energetic executive leader striving to create the right mix of innovation, excitement, and productivity in the information technology, advanced analytics, and sourcing profession. James leads the Sourcing Excellence team for Ericsson's North America market. The Sourcing Excellence team is transforming Ways of Working within Strategic Sourcing by optimizing value. They provide several consulting services to Ericsson including: creating actionable analytics with visualization, leading sprint performance improvement projects, elevating the sourcing methodology with leading practices and developing competences to be a frontline commercial function. In addition, James is a diversity mentor for Ericsson and a Certified Professional in Consultative Negotiations. He received his degree in Business Information Systems and Supply & Value Chain Management from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
Wilson is a Futures Strategist helping organizations develop their strategic vision, scan the horizon for risks and opportunities and build the capability for long-term success. He is Chair of the Human Capital Standards Committee at the BSI and represents the UK on human capital metrics at ISO/TC260 (HR Standards). He is also a founding member of the London Chapter of the WFS. His career has spanned academia, corporate finance and national development policy. Wilson’s PhD in Economic Psychology (Behavioral Economics) was on opportunity recognition. He’s on the Editorial Board of HRDQ and IJHRDPPR. A member of the International Association of Applied Psychology and an Academic Fellow of the CIPD, he was called to the Bar in 1990.
Scott Morris is Vice President of Global HR & Chief People Officer for MicroTechnologies (MTI), a global leader in precision manufacturing. Scott has more than 20 years of management and leadership experience across a variety of industries including: manufacturing, business process outsourcing, education, government, and professional services and holds a degree in Economics from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of Harvard University's executive program in adaptive leadership, and holds a designation as a Human Capital Strategist, from the Human Capital Institute. He has been a national board member for the CHRO Institute of the AAU, and a member of the national public policy committee for CUPA-HR.
CEO and President of SIG, SIG University and Outsource, has over 26 years leadership experience, with the past 22 years focused on the sourcing and outsourcing industry. In 2007, Dawn joined SIG as CEO, but has been active in SIG as a speaker and trusted advisor since 1999, bringing the latest developments in sourcing and outsourcing to SIG members. Prior to joining SIG, Dawn held leadership positions as CEO of Denali Group and before that as a partner in a CPA firm. Dawn is actively involved on a number of boards promoting civic, health and children's issues in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Dawn is a licensed CPA and has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in taxation from Golden Gate University. Dawn brings to SIG a culture of brainstorming and internal innovation.
Brandon has a proficient expertise in Enterprise and Channel related sales. He has been able to sell his organization's technology services and software into some of the biggest brands in the world. He has also been able to build strong business relationships with some of the largest agencies and VARs in the technology industry. His unique approach to how to build a brand and gain enterprise traction that ultimately results in revenue is his biggest trait. He has the unique ability to quickly understand a product and develop a "go to market" strategy to drive growth to an organization.
Jack P Miles
With over three decades of professional experience, Jack is a business processes leader who’s successfully improved operations for corporate services, administration and sourcing organizations at leading U.S. companies and state government sectors. Florida Governor Rick Scott appointed Jack as Secretary of the Department of Management Services. In just over a year, he turned the agency around and secured crucial funding during budget cuts, restored confidence and employee morale, and provided critical leadership to the department. Preceding his appointment, Jack held senior executive positions – leading procurement, sourcing, and shared services – for top North American organizations including CIGNA, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), American International Group (AIG), Computer Associates (CA), Travelers, Ames Department Stores and Prentice-Hall.
Michael has been working for Capgemini for 19+ years. He currently manages a global category procurement team responsible for IT Contractors, Professional Services (HR Services, Legal, Recruitment) in USA, Canada, Latin America, Central America, and South America. He has complete ownership for Purchasing strategies to support these regions. His previous experience includes managing the entire global staffing efforts for several countries including India, Poland, China, UK, Germany, Brazil and North America.
