Innovation in technology and the Internet, coupled with management philosophy changes, have brought massive expansion for this industry. The evolution of staffing has become mind boggling and the use of social media has drastically changed the way we recruit. By the year 2018, its estimated that 2.44 billion people will use social networks, an increase from 970,000 in 2010. Contract and temp labor will soon be half the population.
